With Hurricane Harvey impacting Southeast Texas, I hope that everyone has been staying safe with all the rain, floods, and any damage that Harvey could had done to everyones homes and communities. Although Houston has been flooding and people are in need of help, there are some areas that are thankfully doing a little better. With that being said, I am keeping everyone in my prayers and hope that we can all stand together to help each other through these difficult times! While we stay indoors with our families and little ones during these hard times, we can honestly admit that it can get a bit boring. And not just here in Texas, but anywhere for that matter where it is required to stay indoors due to bad whether conditions! Whether it's too hot or too rainy, or it's one of those boring weekends, staying indoors is definitely not fun. With school just starting, it is also good to keep your little ones engaged in curricular activities that can also be fun! Besides doing other activities such as painting, coloring, puzzles or sensory tub activities, you can engage with your little ones in a game called Pass It! |
